Before you start: two things to have ready
A photo ID and a proof of address, both as clear photos or PDFs on the phone you’ll sign up from. The ID can be a passport or an Australian driver licence. The proof of address needs your name and current address on it and should be recent; a bank statement or an electricity bill does the job. Having them on the phone means the verification step below takes five minutes instead of a week of reminders.
Step 1: the sign-up form
Open the site and tap Sign up. You’ll be asked for email, password, date of birth and country, plus the usual box confirming you’re over 18 and accept the terms. Pick AUD as the currency if it isn’t preselected on the Australian site; the balance stays in that currency and the cashier limits on the deposits page are quoted in it.
For: the form is short and you can deposit straight after. Against: short forms mean the personal details come later, at the first deposit, when you want to play.
Step 2: complete the profile before the first deposit
The cashier requests different fields per method. PayID asks for first and last name, mobile number, date of birth, city, address, postcode and state. Cards ask for name and address. Crypto asks for little at deposit and only date of birth at withdrawal. Fill the profile page in once, fully, and every method then loads without a form in the way.
Step 3: upload documents on day one
Go to the verification section of the account and upload the ID and the proof of address. The KYC policy is the casino’s own document on what it accepts; the payments page adds the reason to do it early: “To speed up your future withdrawals, we suggest verifying your account in advance by uploading relevant documents.” If a document is rejected, the usual causes are a cropped edge, glare across the name, or a bill older than three months. Retake with all four corners visible.
Step 4: switch on two-factor login
The account configuration includes two-factor authentication. Turn it on in the security settings with an authenticator app. It’s the single setting that protects a balance from a leaked password, and it takes a minute. While you’re there, set a deposit limit; the account has limit tools and the responsible gambling page explains them.
Step 5: first deposit, then a small withdrawal
Deposit $20 by the method that suits your bank, play, and then request a small withdrawal before you need a large one. That does two things: it forces verification to complete while nothing much is riding on it, and it shows you the real timing from the withdrawals page with your own money. A first payout that lands is the best trust signal a casino can give, and it’s one you can generate yourself for the price of a coffee.

Questions Australians ask about sign up and verification
What do I need to sign up at Woo Casino?
An email address, a password, your date of birth and country. The cashier asks for full name, mobile number and residential address at the first deposit with most methods, including PayID.
What documents does Woo Casino ask for?
Its KYC policy covers identity and address verification: a photo ID such as a passport or driver licence and a proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill. Card deposits may also need a photo of the card with the middle digits covered.
How long does Woo Casino verification take?
The casino doesn't publish a time on the payments page; it says uploading documents in advance speeds up future withdrawals. We'll add our own timing once we've completed a verification.
Do I have to verify before I can deposit?
No. Verification is tied to withdrawals. You can deposit and play first, but the first payout is held until the documents are accepted, which is why we suggest uploading them on day one.
Does Woo Casino have two-factor authentication?
Yes. The account configuration includes player two-factor authentication, which you switch on in the security settings after sign-up.
